We Are Expanding

Welcome. When we started our company in 1999, our focus was on negotiation training and coaching. To reflect this we called the company, “Conflict Management, Negotiation and Mediation.” We are excited to tell you about our expanded portfolio of products and services.

Our flagship product is our Harvard-based negotiation process framework, which sets an organization-wide standard for how negotiations should be approached. It offers a roadmap, if you will, for how to prepare for and conduct negotiations with optimal outcomes and strong relationships. Our clients have achieved profitable and successful partnerships by using our negotiation process framework with it’s supporting skill-sets and techniques.

We have now applied our process framework concept to other business interactions and group processes. Our process-based Compass Methodology ™ helps to navigate and manage business interactions effectively, efficiently and profitably, just as a compass helps to navigate an efficient and safe journey.

We now offer process frameworks, based on Harvard theory and research, with training in the supporting skill-sets for:

  • Meeting design and management
  • Organizational decision making
  • Business communication
  • Managing conflict and dispute resolution
  • Presentation
  • Facilitation
  • Collaboration

We also design process frameworks and facilitate them for specific task-related needs of our clients, such as strategic planning sessions, project planning and mergers.
