Conflict Management Negotiation & Mediation

Conflict Management courses include a blend of highly interactive teaching sessions, video vignettes of skill application, skill practice and intensive coaching using relevant and customized negotiation exercises.

  3. Generating Creative Options for Optimal Agreements
    Including an emphasis on skills for engaging the other party in collaborative problem solving, generating options that maximize value for all parties, building framework agreements, gaining commitment and compliance, and more.
  4. Building Negotiation Power and Confidence
    Including an emphasis on skills for increasing your power in the negotiation, dealing with the other party's demands and threats without caving in, knowing when to walk away from a negotiation, conducting negotiations with confidence, and more.
  5. Designing Fair Agreements
    Including an emphasis on skills for creating agreements that the other party can perceive as fair, wise and amicable, helping the other party explain to his/her constituents as to why a particular proposal is fair, and more.
  6. Learning to Negotiate Process
    Including neutralizing hardball tactics, dealing with those who resort to "dirty tricks," discovering how to be in control of the process without reacting to the other side's tactics, getting the other side to play your game, and more.
