Conflict Management Negotiation & Mediation

Many executives are good negotiators but are unable to explain and teach others what it is that they are doing so effectively. A Conflict Management negotiation course is designed to assist corporations in establishing a common, transferable negotiation process and approach that can easily be taught to others and that is recognized by employees, customers and partners as the company's way of doing business.

All of our clients are unique. We believe that corporations can best equip employees with necessary negotiation skills and competencies by offering training that consists of relevant exercises and case studies. In fact, as part of our course, participants typically engage in a negotiation laboratory using customized negotiation simulations that are pertinent to their line of business.

We Tailor Our Content and Approach to Meet Your Needs
In addition to tailoring course content to meet our clients' needs, we also tailor our implementation approach:

  • Some of our clients send participants to training at an off-site location, while others conduct the courses in on-site facilities
  • Some choose to immerse participants in the training by selecting an intense three-day workshop approach, while others prefer to stretch training over a period of time using homework assignments between sessions to encourage retention
  • We also offer one-day seminars as well as educational presentations
